If you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to contact me and I will be happy to answer any questions you may have. I will try to respond to your email within 24-48 hours; however, I do not work on Saturdays & Sundays.

I accept Paypal or Cash. If you don't have a Paypal account. If you are not using cash, please use/create Paypal account. Paypal is one of the safest & most secure ways to purchase items on the internet. You can set up your account with any major credit card/bank card and bank account. I will not have access to your personal information.

If using Palpal, please contact me with the item number(s), price(s), your email, and shipping address. I will send you an invoice for your item(s) & shipping charges, to your email. When you receive the email, you will be able to select "pay" and it will automatically send payment to me.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, I will do whatever I can to make your purchase a pleasant one. Please contact me as soon as possible, within 7 days of receipt of item .

You may exchange for a different item or receive a refund. I can't guarantee an identicle item match, as all items are created one by one and generally not the same as any other item. However, some items can be reproduced, repaired, or if not hand crafted by me may have a another available.

You will have 7 days from the receipt of the item to return the product. Buyer is responsible for return shipping charges. If there is a defect in the item, please return the item and I will reimburse you return shipping charges and price of item(s) purchased.

The shipping charge will be (for the 48 Continental U.S.):

I do try to ship the same day payment has been cleared

by paypal, however depending on the time of day, it may be the next business day. If using cash, we can work out a pick up or delivery option on a case by case basis. I live in zip code 84070.

Postage will be $3.50 for the 1st item and $1.50 per item thereafter, unless otherwise noted on the jewelry display or special arrangements are made with me. It should take approximately 3-8 business days (includes 1 day handling time, (unless I'm doing a specialty item for you, then we will discuss time frame).

Special shipping arrangments can be made, please contact me regarding postage/shipment.

Local Pickup or delivery is available, upon request. Delivery within 5 miles of zip code 84070 is free. Otherwise a delivery fee may be accessed. Paypal or CASH is accepted in this event.
